Trainer Tony will build you a complete 12-week program incorporating both training and nutrition working together to create major changes to your body. You will have a one-on-one conversation with Trainer Tony to communicate your goals, needs, perceived limitations, and clear up any questions you may have. He then goes to work designing a program that’s just right for you. Each program includes limited e-mail support for a period of 12-weeks following you receiving your program.
